Kentucky seizes gambling domain names

Sometimes state agents and even federal revenooers bust up stills making illegal moonshine. Sometimes, vice squads raid crack parlors, brothels and other houses of ill repute.

Grocer loses $16 million verdict

The Supreme Court of Virginia today took away a substantial jury verdict in favor of a Richmond grocer who claimed his local business was undermined by a regional grocery supply company.  The court held that Johnny Johnson’s evidence was insufficient to sustain verdicts on constructive fraud and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
